50/50 Flip is a home/lifestyle series where the husband and wife team Dedric and Krystal Polite use their 50/50 flip strategy to renovate a home with less than $50K in under 50 days. They are not only looking for profit in the house flipping market, but also creating affordable housing in in the area Krystal and her family grew up in and currently reside.
